    Investment Title: Invest in a Flash Sales e-Commerce website Investment Summary: Our target is to create the UK’s leading multi category flash sales on-line site. We are an online multi category flash sales retailer based in the UK. We are one of the leaders in flash sales e-commerce, targeting a market currently worth £50bn and expanding at a rapid rate. Our target demographic is predominately female teenagers. We were founded in 2008 and currently have a user base of 2mn. Our website has gained excellent traction and we have witnessed over 100% growth in the number of monthly unique visitors over the past 18 months. We are projected to grow revenues by 120% this year alone and targeting sales of £90mn by 2015 year end. We want to raise £20mn to expand our distribution network, technology and marketing. Investment Description: Market Size and Opportunity: The UK e-commerce market is currently worth approximately £50bn (centre for retail research) and forecast to grow 14% in 2012 alone. Last year only 12% of retail trade was transacted online (the largest in Europe) and this will grow to 13.2% in 2012. A further 50% of this market is expected to shift online by 2020. In addition to this over 80% of UK households have never shopped on flash sales websites. Revenue Opportunity: We are projected to grow revenues by 120% this year alone and targeting sales of £90mn by 2015 year end. Milestones: Founded in 2008, we have emerged as one of the leaders in UK flash sales we are well positioned to benefit from and capitalize on the trend of rapid adoption of e-commerce by UK households. We are one of the fastest growing e-commerce sites in the UK, witnessing over 100% growth in the number of monthly unique visitors over the past 18 months. We currently have 2mn members and intend to grow this to at least 5mn over the next three years, having witnessed over 150% growth in the last year alone. Over 50% of our revenue is recurring and the vast majority comes from repeat customers. Our use of sophisticated tools allows us to drive emotionally based sales. Value Chain: Our best in class buying team has allowed us to develop relationships with and market some of the world’s most recognized brands, including French Connection, Ralph Lauren and D&G. We boast a strong logistics infrastructure and maintain disciplined inventory management and CRM systems. Management Team: Our senior management team has a combination of significant experience in the fashion industry, marketing and logistics, having held senior positions at companies including Canali, French Connection, Richemont and DHL. Capital Allocation: After a hugely successful year, we now want to accelerate our growth in the business by investing into logistics & distribution, technology (particularly around mobile), marketing and people.
